Clearly since SHA-1 hashing produces 40 characters each time, there is a finite number of possible hashes—does anyone know exactly how many?
I've been having problems with OAuth2 for one of my apps when trying to get credentials for adding an event to Google Calendar. One app it works fine, and in the other (with the exact same code) it doesn't add the event and the error is 'NeedsPermission'.
I noticed that both apps have the same SHA1 (in debug mode). One app (the one that works) is live on the Google Play Store while the other is still being tested. The live app has a different SHA1.
Is it normal for 2 separate apps (in separate projects - not using flavours) should have the same SHA1 and could this be contributing to my problem with the Calendar permissions?
Thanks in advance.
I would like to check for author's e-mail and name, surname to verify who's pushing to my repo.
Is there any way that I can come up with a command in git to show commiter's name/e-mail given only SHA1 of the commit?
This is what I came up with but it's far from ideal solution (the first solution is for git hook that's why it's using 2 SHA1s with
rev-list. The second one simply uses
git rev-list -n 1 --pretty=short ccd3970..6ddf170 | grep Author | cut -d ' ' -f2- | rev | cut -d ' ' -f2- | revgit show 6ddf170 | grep Author | cut -d ' ' -f2- | rev | cut -d ' ' -f2- | rev
I'm trying to retrieve the SHA-1 Fingerprint Certificate for my Flutter Project. This can usually be done going into the Gradle Panel on the right side in Android Studio and clicking on
The problem is however, in Flutter, it doesn't show the Gradle Panel at all and after an hour of searching, I still couldn't find a way to get that panel to show.
I tried the Keytool way, but it tells me there's no such command in the Command Prompt. How do I get the SHA-1 Certificate for my flutter project? I need it for signing in my Flutter Project with Firebase Auth.
I've also searched in the Firebase Documentation, there is no documentation of how to find the SHA-1 in flutter. It simply says that SHA-1 is required for using Firebase Auth.

We have app on google play already, which was created in Android studio and now we decided to create new mutation in Unity, but we want to reupload the old app on google play. We have problem with SHA1 key, since Android studio has .jks format and unity needs .keystore. Is there any way we can export it to unity or we need to create new app on google play?
